Local Congenital Heart Disease outpatient clinics are delivered across a number of level 3 hospitals based within the East Midlands. A visiting Consultant from the level 1 centre and in most cases, supporting Clinicians from the local centre work together to ensure that specialist patient care can be managed as close to home wherever clinically possible.
